A wealth of keen golfers representing leading North East businesses from around the region came together at Northumberland Golf course to compete in Tier One Capital's annual golf day.
The senior team at Tier One Capital, Wealth Management, welcomed clients and businesses to the prestigious golf course, at the same time promoting awareness of the vital work being delivered by Sport Newcastle, supporting grass roots sport in the region.
Ian McElroy, Chief Executive, Tier One Capital, said, "We had a great day's golf and it was very pleasing to see so many of our clients and representatives from leading businesses from around the region take time out of their busy schedule to attend and enjoy a great day of golf on this fantastic course.
"We also took the opportunity to highlight our long-term support for charity Sport Newcastle and to promote to the businesses attending the many exciting opportunities that exist for local businesses to get behind the development of grass roots sport in the region."
The winning team was aptly captained by Tier One Capital's Chief Executive, Ian McElroy supported by Steve Hart, Central Employment, Mike Booth, Sport Newcastle and Chris Barrett, RSM. The longest drive was won by TOC client John Holmes and nearest the pin, Brendan O'Grady TOC.
Businesses represented included NMS Commercial, Clarke Mairs, Bradley Hall, RSM, Broadoak Asset Management, Central Employment, Sport Newcastle.
