Paul is General Counsel for Tier One Capital, a position that he has held since August 2017. Previously, he was Head of Corporate and Commercial Services for a regional law firm having also worked internationally for a multi-jurisdiction legal and taxation practice in Asia.
In his current role, Paul provides legal counsel to the company’s board of directors and senior management and advises on, amongst other things, commercial transactions, real estate finance, corporate governance and litigation management.
